to become a member of the All Hungarian forest co-ownership
Because this project is designed to establish a living memorial for ethnic Hungarians living outside Transylvania, but originated from here You must agree with the following terms and conditions:
1 - You and, or Your ancestors must be originated from Transylvania,
or form the Carpathian-basin
2- You must be a Hungarian ethnic, or Your origins must be Hungarians
3- You must be more than 18 years old
4- You must understand that once a tree adopted, like in any adoption, a bond is created between the adopted tree and the adopter!
5-The
trees presented in the photo's are only orientating presentations!
6- The adopted or planted tree is chosen by us, unless You have special desire: oak tree, beech tree, pine tree, big one, smaller one in this case You will pay a special extra fee to reserve the whished tree. See adoption and planting pages at the
adoption center.
7-The adoption is null if You don't pay in maximum seven days after we had received Your adoption request! If You pay with check, or with Western Union we count the days starting with the sending date. if You pay with e-gold we count starting with the arrival of the money to our e-gold account.
8-If You wish to follow the development of the adopted tree and receive annual health report with it's photo you must pay a tax of 1$ or €/tree/year
9-The adoption is transmissible only to Your descendents, or to other ethnic Hungarian with Transylvanian roots!
10-We take the full responsibility that the tree exist!!
11-We take the responsibility to chouse a tree from the forest for You, and e-mail within three working days the number, the picture of Your tree and the adoption confirmation letter.
12-We are fully responsible to don't cut the tree and to replace it in case of illness, wind damage, forest fire, or other calamity in each case when the 1$ care tax/tree was paid!
13-Is our obligation to send
for You, on request, annual health report.
14-We reserve the right to annul the adoption if You don't respect the conditions from above!
15-In case of major natural disaster which affects more than a third of the forest we disclaim our responsibility unless after our
notification You don't choose to replace the adopted tree and pay for it's costs.
